We Believe:
- That the Bible is the inspired Word of God.
- In One God, eternally existent in three Persons; Father, Son and The Holy Spirit. (Deut. 6:4, Matt. 28:19, I John 5:7)
- In the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His atoning death, bodily resurrection and ascension into Heaven. (Isa. 7:14, Rom. 8:34, Eph. 4:8-10)
- In salvation by grace through faith in the shed blood of Jesus. This salvation is received through repentance and submission to Jesus as Lord and Savior (Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 10:8-11, and Titus 3:4-7).
- That water baptism by immersion is commanded in Scripture as an outward expression of an inward work. It is a declaration to the world that the believer has died and is risen with Christ to walk in newness of life. All who repent and believe on Christ as Lord and Savior should be baptized (Matthew 28:19, Acts 10:47, and Romans 6:4).
- In Divine Healing through the redemptive work of Christ on the cross. (Isa.53:4, James 5:14-15, I Pet. 2:24)
- That the baptism of the Holy Spirit is subsequent to and distinct from the new birth. It endues the believer with power (Acts 1:4,8; 1 Corinthians 12; Acts 8:12-17; Hebrews 12:28; and Acts 2:42-43).
- That the Lord's Supper (or Holy Communion) is a symbol of our union with Christ and of our partaking in His divine nature, is a memorial of His suffering and death, and is a prophecy of His second coming (2 Peter 1:4 and 1 Corinthians 11:26).
- In the Church as the Body of Christ, the habitation of God, with divine appointments for the fulfillment of her great commission.
